How to Sign the Waiver

Thank you for volunteering with Morris Habitat for Humanity. The first time you respond to an opportunity, you will be prompted to sign a waiver. The waiver is good for a year. You can also sign the waiver within your profile settings.

1. When signing up for an activity for the first time, you will be prompted to sign the waiver. Click on "Volunteer Waiver Form to begin e-signing the waive
2. The Waiver must be signed by the volunteer and an adult if the volunteer is underage. If the volunteer is underage, you are prompted for information for the adult who will sign for you.
   
   
3. Click on the “Continue” button to access the waiver form.
4. You will need to fill in several boxes to complete the waiver, the first being the date at the top and the initials of the person signing the waiver. 
   
   
   
   
   
5. The next pages will be the your initials on each page of the waiver.
   
   
6. The last box to complete the waiver form is your full name.
7. Then you click the button stating “complete signing”. That will prompt you to confirm and consent your electronic signature.    
8. Once you have completed your waiver form and profile, you are free to sign up for volunteer opportunities.
